Oops, she did it again. In her daily attempt to draw attention to herself and act completely stupid Britney Spears got herself banned from the uber-exclusive Chateau Marmont hotel and restaurant...because she smeared food on her face..
But that's hardly her only headline news today - she's also 'thisclose' to losing custody of her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline. And her lawyer just quit ... .
According to reports for today's court hearing, a 'secret witness' is supposed to attend and drop a bombshell - that he/she/it or whoever the secret witness is will say they saw Britney use drugs in front of her kids.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that Brit's high powered lawyer has given up on her: "Laura Wasser has put Britney in touch with other lawyers who could help her in her ongoing custody battle with Kevin, but Britney has become so reliant on Laura she doesn't like any of the alternatives. Britney will be devastated if she and Laura part company. This could be a real blow to her case."
As for the food thing, other diners at the post restaurant for Hollywood A-listers were shocked by the pop tart who was "acting weird" with her posse. A source told the Sun newspaper: "The diners were disgusted. You wouldn't expect that from a teenager in a fast-food joint. Royalty have dined in this restaurant. Her behavior was totally unacceptable."
Apparently the staff eject her after she started shouting and smearing her dinner into her face.
Another source claimed: "Staff at the Chateau have been told she is not welcome. She constantly looked 'out of it' when she came in and the guests began to make noises. The hotel acted before she made a huge scene. No one wants to be banned from staying at the Chateau."
