TMZ is reporting that "24" star Kiefer Sutherland was busted on suspicion of DUI in West Hollywood last night after allegedly blowing more than twice the legal limit of .08.
This is the actor's second DUI in the past five years -- he was arrested in 2004. If he's convicted, Jack Bauer must serve a mandatory minimum of five days in jail.

You're going to love this: Paris Hilton has been "banned" from attending this year’s Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. Apparently, the locals felt that the presence of the party princess at last year's beer bash “cheapened" the event!
But it wasn't her skankiness that pissed off the Germans. Paris - who is now dating a pizza delivery guy named Alex Vaggo - showed up at the huge event to promote her own ... canned wine!

Variety is reporting that Jessica Biel is pretty close to landing the part of fem action hero Wonder Woman and will swing the golden lasso for the big screen's "Justice League of America" flick. The movie will feature major DC Comics characters teaming up against baddies. Expected to be involved in the film are Superman, Batman, the Flash, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman.
