The 12 new celebrity competitors for Dancing with the Stars was announced today on Good Morning America. The line-up includes Vegas crooner Wayne Newton, Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown, and actresses Jennie Garth (Beverly Hills 90210) and Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman).
