Although everyone else thinks Rihanna looks totally hot, the songstress says she's “not in the best shape” right now.
Rihanna, whose foot is in a protective cast after breaking her toe on holiday, says: I haven’t been able to go to the gym because of my foot.”
Adding: “I usually do cardio, Pilates and eat right. But I ate ice cream three times a day on vacation!”
Her injury won't hold her back from taking to the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards next month.
“I am performing my single ‘Shut Up and Drive,’” she explains. “It’s my first time performing at the VMAs, so I am really excited! And I’m nominated for a lot of awards in some huge categories, so I feel great.”
