Paris Hilton says her friend Nicole Richie is going to be a brilliant mom when she gives birth later this year.
“She’s really happy. I just got off the phone with her. She’s so excited,” the socialite says.
“I know she’s going to be the best mom ever.”
She added Nicole and baby-daddy Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden are a great couple because they’re “really in love”.
