In a move that would make cokehead Pete Doherty proud, Lindsay Lohan will walk away from three drug-related felonies in L.A. now that the County District Attorney's office may be backing away from charging her, according to a report at TMZ.com.
Looks like they bought the "But officer that's not my cocaine! These aren't my pants!" excuse, even if the white powder was found in her pocket. Twice.
TMZ, citing unidentified law enforcement sources, said there is a "strong possibility" the 21-year-old actress would likely only face misdemeanor drunk-driving charges for incidents that happened in May and July. If found guilty of both, she would serve a minimum of four days in jail.
Cocaine was found in LiLo's car after the Beverly Hills incident when she crashed the Benz, and then after she chased her assistance's mom in Santa Monica, Firecrotch was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, cocaine possession, bringing a controlled substance into a correctional facility, and driving on a suspended license.
Meanwhile, Lindsay is chillin' in rehab and has arranged for OK! magazine to do a photo shoot of her at the Cirque Lodge detox center in Utah.
