A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing the release of a video documenting cosmetic surgery on Anna Nicole Smith’s breasts in 1994.
Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff granted the order last week at the request of Howard K. Stern, the executor of the late model’s will. The injunction blocks the sale or distribution of the tape, which Stern claims was filmed without Anna‘s permission.
Stern accused Gerald Wayne Johnson, the doctor who performed the breast augmentation surgery, of sending a tape showing the op to an L.A. memorabilia dealer - court documents show.
Johnson routinely videos operations with his patient’s consent and promises to keep the tape confidential “during the patient‘s lifetime” - he said in a letter dated June 22.
Anna Nicole died aged 39 in February from an accidental drug overdose.
