Britney's Divorce from Kevin Federline is Finalised

britney spears photo Britney Spears is officially a single woman again. Her divorce from dancer Kevin Federline has been completed, the star’s lawyer has confirmed.

"Everything is finalised," Laura Wasser told press at Los Angeles‘ Superior Court.

As well as the divorce, a settlement over custody of the pair’s two sons was also approved by the court. Spears is “OK” with the undisclosed terms of the settlement, Wasser said, but "would like to be with her kids more".

Britney and Kevin wed in October 2004. Spears filed for divorce eight months ago. Since February, the pair have shared custody of their children Sean Preston (who is almost two-years-old) and Jayden James (10-months-old).
