Supermodel Gisele Bundchen will show whether she can work the dancefloor as well as the catwalk as a contestant on the new season of ‘Dancing With the Stars’, it’s been reported.

Former The Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno, showman Wayne Newton and ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actresses Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth will also take part on the TV talent show.

The list is yet to be confirmed, but it’s believed pop singer Aaron Carter, actress Jane Seymour sports tycoon Mark Cuban and boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. will also put on the their dancing shoes for the hit show.

Rihanna Says She's Out of Shape

Although everyone else thinks Rihanna looks totally hot, the songstress says she's “not in the best shape” right now.
Rihanna, whose foot is in a protective cast after breaking her toe on holiday, says: I haven’t been able to go to the gym because of my foot.”
Adding: “I usually do cardio, Pilates and eat right. But I ate ice cream three times a day on vacation!”

Jessica Simpson Replaced by a Monkey on Ashlee's Chat Show

Jessica Simpson has been axed as co-host on her lil' sister Ashlee Simpson's new chat show because its producers want a monkey to take her place.

“Ashlee is working on a new chat show for a top US network,” a source has revealed.
“She has a strong following among the new rock kids, especially as she and [boyfriend Pete Wentz] are the hottest couple right now - that’s the demographic they’re after.
“Ashlee rather loyally wanted Jessica to be her co-host. But bosses weren’t keen as Jessica is seen as a bit naff. She’s older and linked to a different world of celebrity.”

Rihanna Left Star-Struck by Spice Girl

Even stars like Rihanna get star-struck sometimes. The ‘Umbrella’ songstress says she was excited to meet Spice Girls star Melanie Brown recently because she was a fan of the girl band as a kid.

Rihanna met Mel B at a party thrown by Posh Spice Victoria and her husband David Beckham.

"I love (Mel B). I met her at the Beckhams' party in L.a. We didn't chat much, we were just hanging out. It was so exciting to meet her. She is absolutely beautiful," she said.

Britney Spears Sucks As a Mom, Family Federline Claims

The TMZ website is reporting that an unscheduled hearing was held yesterday at the L.A. County Superior Court to investigate Britney Spears for possible child abuse. The accusations do not involve physical mistreatment of the kids, but the pop tart stands accused of giving her babies, Sean Preston, 22 months and Jayden James, 9 months, a questionable diet (sugary drinks) and keeping them up late at night.

U2's New Album Written, Set for 2008 Release

U2's follow-up album to 2004's 'How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb' has been written, producer Daniel Lanois has revealed.
"We've been invited as writers this time. I did three writing sessions with (Brian) Eno and U2- one in Fez Morocco; two in France...the record's kind of making itself," Lanois said of the album that's scheduled for release in 2008.
Footage of the group rehearsing tracks from the new album will be included in the upcoming Lanois documentary, called 'Here Is What Is'.

"It just seemed to make sense there and I didn't want to take advantage of those guys. They're so kind to me,” Lanois says.

Owen Wilson Asks for Privacy

Owen Wilson has asked for time to “heal in private” following reports he'd been taken to hospital after trying to kill himself.
"I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time," the 38-year-old said.
Firemen and police officers were called to Wilson's home and transported a person to a local hospital for treatment over the weekend, a Santa Monica fire department spokesperson said. The fire official did not name the person.

Singer Willa Ford Weds Hockey Star

Willa Ford wed pro hockey player Mike Modano in Texas this weekend, her manager has announced.
The 26-year-old singer/actress walked down the aisle in a dress she had designed herself.
Willa and Mike dated on-and-off for over four years before he proposed last Thanksgiving. At the time of the proposal, Willa was rumoured to be dating her 'Dancing with the Stars' partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
"Everybody thought it was going to be Maks!" Ford said at the time.

David and Victoria Beckham's Nannies Quit

David and Victoria Beckham are looking after their kids by themselves in Los Angeles, after their two nannies had enough of being treated like “skivvies” and quit.
The nannies, who were hired to look after eight-year-old Brooklyn, four-year-old Romeo and two-year-old Cruz, reportedly had enough of being treated like crap by the celeb couple.
“You’d imagine it’s a dream job working for celebrities like that in California. But these two trained professionals said it was a nightmare,” a source says.
