"If this series ended like 'Pop Idol 2', forget it. It would be a waste of time to come back,” he says.
"If the contestants are all rubbish at the end, then it's pointless."

The 'Doctor Who' star will play a high-class hooker in a new television show that's an adaptation of the book 'Belle de Jour'.
"They do have a dominatrix on set to advise. It's about prostitution and they want to get it right," a show spokesperson has revealed.

According to reports, the show sucked was supposed to follow the pair as they took on everyday jobs like working in a fast food joint and collecting trash - and make fun of people just like Paris and Nicole did for years on the "Simple Life".

Russell CroweRussell Crowe has reportedly been approached by director J.J. Abrams, who is said to be desperate to cast him as a villian in the new "Star Trek" movie. A source said: "Russell is definitely considering Abrams' offer. Russell was always a 'Star Trek' fan as a kid, which is a big bonus."

"A baddie would seem more likely for Russell," the source added. "He could play a part in the historic movie without having to compete with any of the original cast's performances."
