Madonna’s adoption of a Malawian child has been hit with even more problems after a social worker assigned to the case was refused permission to travel to the UK.
Malawi official Penstone Kilembe was due to monitor baby David’s progress during two trips to the superstar’s home in London. But the Malawian Government has stopped the visits, which Kilembe says may cause Madonna’s adoption to “crumble”.

Is Reese Witherspoon ready to take the cheating Ryan Phillippe back? The beautiful couple, who separated last October amid reports he had an affair with Aussie actress Abbie Cornish, have recently been hanging out with each other. "They met for lunch this week at the Votre Sante health-food restaurant," says a source. "And they're going on runs together around the Brentwood Country Club."
The body of caretaker Jacob Adams, 40, has been discovered at a property owned by actor Ving Rhames. Authorities say the man was mauled to death by Rhames' four guard dogs - three massive bull mastiffs and a large English Bulldog. The victim was found lying on the front yard of the Brentwood home with bite marks covering his body. 
Harry Potter actress Emma Watson, 17, was spotted cosying up to her rugby playing boyfriend Tom Ducker this weekend in the French Riviera. The two were seen enjoying lobster and champagne at the luxury Chateau de la Chevre d'Or in Eze, near Nice. While they looked like lovebirds to everyone else, Ducker's dad gives them the "just friends" label.
