Naked pics of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are making the rounds to gossip mags. Life and Style magazine published a set of images allegedly showing the nude couple snogging in a hot tub while on vacation in Mexico.The ‘Newlyweds’ star and his MTV DJ lover have hired lawyer Marty Singer to prevent even more explicit photos from being published.
The other photos are alleged to be out there and they apparently show Nick and Vanessa making love. A source told TMZ.com: “The pictures are Paris Hilton sex tape level.”
Singer has warned media outlets will face a lawsuit if they publish the images. He said: “The photographer was outrageous and malicious. The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”
