Although ‘The Apprentice’ was originally ditched from this autumn’s TV schedule, it’s been revealed the show will return with a twist.
This time it’s celebrities who’ll be getting fired as the show’s bosses are hoping to pull in an all-star line-up for the next series.
Instead of the winner landing a job with tycoon Donald Trump, this the winner will donate any profits made during the series to charity.
Rosie O’Donnell has been approached to appear on the show, but her rep says it "never happen in this lifetime or beyond" following the TV host‘s feud with Trump.
NBC's entertainment chief Ben Silverman says: "It would be great to have Rosie on 'The Apprentice'. Donald personally told me to extend an invitation to her."
