Lindsay Lohan Shocks Her Critics: Survives to See 21st Birthday

Lindsay LohanWild child Lindsay Lohan has been celebrating turning 21 for about five years but now that she can "officially' go into a bar in the US and have a drink, she's instead in rehab recovering from the last time she got shit-faced. Lilo is celebrating her birthday today - quietly - in the Promises Treatment Facility in Malibu where she has been since Memorial Day, after a weekend of hard partying culminating in a car crash, a DUI, and being photographed passed out in her car.

Lindsay had also done time in rehab back in January but didn't stay long. This time it looks like she's serious about getting straight.

Happy Birthday, Linds. Hopefully your life will change for the better this year.
