Gary Dourdan has been accused of attacking a cameraman outside Los Angeles nightclub Hyde. The 40-year-old star of CSI allegedly grabbed a TMZ.com photographer after shouting "get that f**king camera out of my face" and shoved him onto the sidewalk several times. Natch, the unprovoked attack was caught on video and posted at TMZ. Who needs DNA evidence when you have the whole thing on camera?
TMZ.com claims Dourdan - who plays Warrick Brown in the hit crime drama - mistook their photographer for someone else. According to their report: "Dourdan violently grabbed our photog outside Hyde, who the actor had mistaken for another guy, and slammed him to the pavement several times, sending his head bouncing into concrete over and over again -- all while his camera continued to roll."
Dourdan can be heard threatening the photographer not to tell the police: "I know all the cops around here; they're my friends," he says.
The photographer ignored the actor's threats and filed a police report anyway.
