Daniel Radcliffe turns 18 today and that means he finally gets his hands on the $10 million (£20 million) fortune he's earned for the first five "Harry Potter" movie franchise. And what does he plan to splurge on? Nothing! Nada! Zip!

Dan says the things he likes to purchase "only cost about 10 pounds - books, CDs, and DVDs." And don't look for the now adult wizard to go off the deep end like some other rich, young celebrities.

Mark Hamill Has a Star Wars Collection To Rival The Biggest Fan's

Having no idea how big the Star Wars saga would eventually become, star Mark Hamill had a clause put in his movie contract that he was to be given a copy of any Luke Skywalker memorabilia that might be created. Now he's stuck with a warehouse full of the stuff and says he's received one piece of every item of merchandise inspired by his character.

He told a British radio program: "I've been an electric toothbrush and I think there's a Luke Skywalker asthma inhaler that was released in Australia.

Evangeline Lilly Found Freedom When She Lost Everything

Actress Evangeline Lilly experienced the devastating loss of having her home in Hawaii catch fire and burn to the ground last December but the actress says she came out of the experience feeling "really liberating and exciting."

Rather than mourn for possessions, the 27-year-old decided the fire, which was caused by an electrical fault, was a chance to change her life: "All that I lost were the things inside. I've always believed things are more of a chain than a vehicle. To not be tied down to anything was a great feeling."

Lil Wayne and Ja Rule Both Arrested on Gun Charges

Rapper Lil Wayne did his first major gig in New York City at the Beacon Theater Sunday night, but then got a sour taste of his Big Apple debut when he was busted for pot and a weapons charge. An NYPD spokesperson said that Wayne's tour bus was pulled over at around 11:30 p.m. After searching the vehicle, police arrested Wayne for criminal possession of a .40 caliber pistol and possession of marijuana. Ja Rule was arrested in a different location, an hour earlier, also for possession of a .40 caliber pistol.

John Travolta Almost Turned Down Hairspray Role

John Travolta says he initially turned down the role of overweight mother Edna Turnblad in Hairspray until he got into talks with the director Adam Shankman. The actor worried the musical wouldn't live up to "Grease" the 1978 monster hit movie that made him a star.

But Travolta was convinced by the dedication of the director. He says,"Shankman basically said to me, 'I take this movie personally and if it doesn't come out right, I'm going to die.'

Lily Allen Isn't Pals with Courtney Love

Pop princess Lily Allen has dismissed rumours she’s great friends with Courtney Love and has been hanging out with the wild star in Los Angeles.

The pair were seen together at the Hyde nightclub in April, sparking reports they’d struck up a friendship. But Lily says she won’t make a habit of spending time with Love.

“I am not BFs [best friends] with Courtney Love, one night with her made me realise why Kurt [Cobain] killed himself,” Lily says on her blog.

Natalie Portman Says She'll Be Angry if 'Nude' Photos Show Up

Natalie Portman says she’ll be “really, really angry” if shots from her new movie, Goya’s Ghost, pop up on the internet labelled as naked shots of her.

Nat, who didn’t actually bare all for the role and used a body double instead, says:

“There’s a long shot of a nude woman [but] it’s not me. … You do see some parts of me unclothed, but if they end up on websites making it look like I’m totally nude, I’m going to be really, really angry.”
