The Arctic Monkeys have become the latest musicians to question whether performers taking part in Live Earth on Saturday are suitable climate change activists. "It's a bit patronising for us 21 year olds to try to start to change the world," said drummer Matt Helders, explaining why the group is not on the bill at any of the charity concerts.

So it's finally over between Kate Moss and Pete Doherty? According to reports Kate has thrown her Baby Shambles man out of her London home after he cheated on her with a South African model named Lindy last Thursday. The couple were said to have had a raging fight over the weekend. A friend of Kate's said: "It is so over between Kate and Pete. She has brought in new security guards and Pete can't get anywhere near."

Troubled political offspring Al Gore III was arrested early Wednesday morning for doing 100 MPH on a California highway in an environmentally friendly hybrid Toyota Prius. Oh, and he was also charged with having some green bud on him (again!) as well as five other perscription drugs that he has no perscription for. The former Vice President's son was tooling down the San Diego Freeway at 2:15 am when he was stopped by cops.
