Wild child Lindsay Lohan has been celebrating turning 21 for about five years but now that she can "officially' go into a bar in the US and have a drink, she's instead in rehab recovering from the last time she got shit-faced. Lilo is celebrating her birthday today - quietly - in the Promises Treatment Facility in Malibu where she has been since Memorial Day, after a weekend of hard partying culminating in a car crash, a DUI, and being photographed passed out in her car.
