Paris Hilton screamed and cried after a judge told her she must serve her 45-day sentence in jail rather than in her Hollywood home.
The rich bitch, who violated the terms of her parole with a drink-driving incident, shouted "It's not right!" and called out "Mom!".
The socialite was brought to court early today in handcuffs to get the bad news.
Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer said: "At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home on Kings Road," Sauer said.
Paris was previously released from jail after just three days, which was blamed on jail being a "dangerous place for her" during her current "medical situation".
Earlier this week,a senior law enforcement official said Paris had received "preferential treatment" by being let out of jail early.
