Beginning her 12th day in lock up, Paris Hilton has been moved from the medical ward at the Twin Towers Jail and back into Lynwood, the all-women's facility where she started her sentence for violating probation. She was moved at 11pm last night and put in the "high power" pod at Lynwood, reserved for inmates who need extra protection.
So she must be feeling much better after her meltdown last week. She told Barbara Walters by phone Sunday night that she had become more spiritual, and her mother said she was getting her appetite back.
"She was very happy," Mom Kathy Hilton told reporters after a visit on Tuesday. "She wants to just do her time and get on with it."
The 26-year-old is serving a 45 day sentence for violating her probation on drink driving charges. Paris is expected to serve 23 days because of credit for good behavior.
