Paris Hilton's imminent jail sentence isn't her only problem. The socialite has been dropped by her record label after her Paris album failed to set the music world in fire.
The 26-year-old Simple Life starlet is said to be devastated over Warner Brothers' decision.
The label is said to be pissed off after spending $250,000 on the video for Paris' debit Stars are Blind single, which reached no 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, and forking out more cash on world promo tour which resulting in less than half a million record sales.
"We are not expecting any new Paris Hilton material in the foreseeable future," a Warner Bros spokesperson said.
Paris is heading to jail next week for 23-days after violating the terms of her probation following her 2006 drink-driving arrest.
