Brad Pitt's mom Jane Pitt has stayed close to her former daughter-in-law Jennifer Anison and the two reportedly enjoy visits and frequent chats on the phone. Jen, who is not on speaking terms with her own mom, probably looks to Jane as the mom she wishes she had had. Brad’s brother Doug defended her closeness to his family, “Jennifer is a friend of Brad's. Why wouldn't she be a friend of ours?"
According to a photographer, Brad Pitt's security team was spotted escorting his mother Jane in a black SUV to Jen's California pad where she visited for a couple of hours.
It's not the first visit Jen has received from her ex mom-in-law. While she was filming The Break-Up, with her then boyfriend Vince Vaughn in 2005, Brad's mom and sister Julie went to see her in Chicago.
