Germany Says Nein! to Tom Cruise Over WWII Film

Germany has barred the new Tom Cruise movie from being filmed at military sites in the country solely because of the actor's close ties to Scientology, the Defense Ministry said on Monday. Cruise, who is also one of the film’s producers, is the most famous and vocal member of the Church of Scientology which the German government identifies as a money-making cult and not a religion.

Here's an interesting controversy: OJ Simpson says he did do it, but as for the book "I Did It" which he says he did alone, now it seems someone else did it. Wrote the book that is.
More details are coming out about the death of wrestling superstar Chris Benoit who strangled his wife and suffocated his 7-year-old son over the weekend. Hours, or maybe a day later, Benoit hanged himself with the pulley of a weightlifting machine after placing a call to WWE officials to inform them that he would not be at Sunday’s Vengeance pay-per-view event in Houston as scheduled, due to “personal reasons.”
