Paris Hilton screamed and cried after a judge told her she must serve her 45-day sentence in jail rather than in her Hollywood home.
The rich bitch, who violated the terms of her parole with a drink-driving incident, shouted "It's not right!" and called out "Mom!".
The socialite was brought to court early today in handcuffs to get the bad news.

Ne-Yo: "Leave Britney Alone"

R&B singer/songwriter Ne-Yo has told the media to leave troubled pop tart Britney Spears alone following her stint in rehab and other personal problems.
Ne-Yo, who is working on Britney's comeback album, says it's not fair the star has received so much slack from the press.
"I've got a soft spot for Britney. I feel bad for her," he said. "She's obviously going through a hard time but the press and media aren't giving her time to heal."

George Michael Gets Driving Ban, Community Service

George Michael has been banned from driving for two years and sentenced to 100 hours of community service for driving under the influence of drugs.
The troubled pop star, whose real name is George Panayiotou, was found slumped at the wheel of his car in north London last October.
I had done something really wrong in putting other people at risk," Michael told Brent Magistrates' Court.

Sarah Jessica Parker launched her own clothing line, Bitten, at Manhattan Mall's Steve & Barry's store yesterday.
The star, who became a style icon following her role as Carrie Bradshaw in 'Sex And The City', wore clothes from her own range at the New York launch.
Although the fashion world is full of celebrity ranges by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Kate Moss and Madonna, SJP hopes Bitten's low prices will help it stand out.

Isaiah Washington Checks Out of Grey's; TR Knight Will Be Readmitted

After some nasty on-set fighting this season, Isaiah Washington has been fired from the hit show "Grey's Anatomy" while TR Knight, whom Isaiah called a "f--got", has signed a new contract and will be returning. Isaiah's firing won't affect the story line since in the season's finale his character Burke walked out on fiance Christina and left without saying goodbye, while Knight's character George flunked his surgical exams - but left his future up in the air.

Rapper The Game Pleads Not Guilty To Firearm Charges

Rap star The Game has pleaded not guilty to charges of punching and threatening to shoot a man during a basketball game in Los Angeles.

He is charged with three felony counts of possessing a firearm in a school zone, exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer and making a criminal threat last February.

The 27-year-old hip hop star, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, made his plea at the Superior Court.

Paris Hilton Received Special Treatment, Says Official - Duh!

Paris Hilton received "preferential treatment" by being let out of jail early, a senior law enforcement official has said, stating the obvious.

The hotel heiress was only allowed to serve the rest of her sentence under house arrest because she's famous, Steve Remige, the president of the Association Of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs has claimed.

"There appears to have been preferential treatment. This is not the first time that this has happened. Remember Mel Gibson?" he told TMZ.com.

R&B songstress Rihanna has held onto the number one spot on US's Billboard Hot 100 chart with her single Umbrella for the second week.

The Barbados-born babe, whose record features Jay-Z, fought off competition from Shop Boyz' Party Like A Rockstar, at number two, T-Pain's Buy U A Drank (Shawty Snappin'), at three, and Black Eyed Peas star Fergie's Big Girls Don't Cry.

India Arie's Beautiful Flower was the highest new entry on the chart at number 56.
