Paris Hilton was freaking out in jail so the sheriff's office let her go early, at least that's the excuse for the socialite's early release from her 23-day sentence. According to TMZ, law enforcement sources say that her medical condition was not physical, it was purely psychological and that she was in peril of having a nervous breakdown.

The rocker, who has battled alcoholism and drug addictions throughout his life, admits he continued to smoke while wearing the patches, even though the combo made him ill.

The website which has been on the story with nearly hourly updates, also posted that the pampered hotel princess did indeed suffer the humiliation of a full cavity search when she entered the jail three days ago.
