Los Angeles prosecutors have thrown out claims that Lindsay Lohan stole clothing from an apartment due to a lack of evidence.
A unnamed woman accused the actress of taking a number of items, including a shirt, when she visited her apartment.
The woman’s house sitter, who is said to have invited Lohan to the apartment, allegedly gave the star the clothing.
The claims were rejected after a plaid shirt Lohan was wearing was different to photos of a shirt the woman said had been stolen.
