Lindsay Lohan Cited For Suspicion of DUI

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan and her Mercedes SL65 AMG black convertible have been involved in yet another accident - and this time, LiLo may be charged with Driving under the Influence.

X17.com broke the story that the party girl, 20, was cited this morning around 5:30 a.m. after Beverly Hills cops were called about a one-car accident at the corner of Sunset Blvd. and Foothill Dr.

The car apparently struck a curb. Lindsay and her two passengers left the scene of the accident in an uninvolved car and went to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The troubled actress will have to appear in court to answer the citation
