Lindsay Lohan and her mom are being sued by a photographer who claims he was hit by the actress’ car.
The photographer, Giovanni Arnold, claims to have suffered "severe and permanent personal injuries" when he was hit by Lohan’s BMW on March 13.
Arnold is seeking unspecified damaged to compensate for his “pain and suffering and his lost wages” from the "negligent, careless and reckless" Lohans.
His lawyer says Arnold suffered injuries to both his knees and was "still getting medical treatment," his lawyer, Marc Mauser, said Tuesday.
Lindsay’s mom, Dina, is named in the suit because she owned the BMW which the actress was driving with her permission.
Arnold was one of several photographers following the star from a nightclub to her hotel.
Lindsay said in March that one of the photographers jumped on the hood of the car, accidentally hitting Arnold.
