Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have decided to end their fiery divorce battle for the sake of their three-year-old daughter.
The former Beatles star and his estranged wife have been locked in a much-publicised divorce since splitting up last year.
The pair were seen to have put aside their differences as they dined at a London restaurant on Friday with their daughter Beatrice.
"They sat there chatting away. When they left they were side by side and seemed very friendly," an onlooker revealed.
McCartney has spoken about his failed marriage, saying: "I've talked to a lot of people and everyone says you want to look at the positive... my beautiful baby daughter.
"Both parents know there is something great that came out of our marriage even though it didn't work."
