Courtney Love says that she doesn't want her daughter Frances Bean to inherit the signature flannel shirts that once belonged to her late husband Kurt Cobain. She says her daughter is going to get Cobain's sweater, guitar and the lyrics to 'Teen Spirit' - and that the rest of his stuff is going to auction.
"I'm going to have a Christie's auction. My house is [looking] like a mausoleum," People magazine quoted Courtney as telling Spinner.com.
"My daughter doesn't need to inherit a giant Hefty bag full of flannel f---ing shirts," she says. "A sweater, a guitar and the lyrics to '[Smells Like] Teen Spirit' - that's what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we'll just f---ing sell."
The rocker also said that her friends have been after her regarding the auction. "Everyone's been positive and behind me on it. We'll make a lot of money and give a bunch of it to charity," she said.
