Bollywood actress turned reality TV star Shilpa Shetty is launching her own perfume, S2.
The perfume’s creator, Mark Earnshaw, has explained the name of the scent, saying it’s called S2 (S squared) because Shilpa’s initials are S.S.
"Shilpa worked with us on the perfume and it contains all the notes that she's grown up loving,” he added.
"She chose the final fragrance and she was very happy with it. Not as happy as Richard Gere was though!
"The box is going to be like Shilpa. It is very classic and modern on the outside and the inside is leopard print. Because there are two sides to Shilpa, on the outside she is very cool but she also has a very different, deeper side.
"It's got jasmine and musk but also fruit scents in it so it reflects her Indian heritage and will also appeal to the modern European market."
Shilpa, who wore the fragrance to the premiere of her latest movie ‘Life In A...Metro’ earlier this week, says: "I love it, I'm very pleased."
