Black Eyed Peas member Taboo has been charged with two counts of drug possession following a minor car crash earlier this year.
Taboo, real name Jaime Luis Gomez, was arrested following the accident in California in March.
He has been charged with possession of marijuana while driving and possession of 28.5 grams or less of the drug.
He is due in court on May 25 and faces a $200 fine if convicted.
