Angelina Jolie could reprise her role as action babe Lara Croft in a third ‘Tomb Raider’ movie.
Tomb Raider’s creator, Ian Livingstone, says Paramount Pictures is considering whether to make a sequel to ‘The Cradle of Life’ which was released in 2003.
The movie would follow the recently completed new ‘Tomb Raider’ video game ‘Anniversary’.
"At this moment in time it's still not green-lit, but the signs are there. Paramount have talked about the film for a long time, and I've had meetings with them,” Livingstone says of the film.
"They're willing to put a scriptwriter on board. Angelina Jolie has an option to do a third movie.
"I think when they see how successful ‘Anniversary’ will be and realise that the world is still in love with Lara, they'll be more inclined to exercise their option."
