A Grammy Award belonging to Stevie Wonder which was stolen back in 1974 has resurfaced on the auction website eBay. The Soul singer had to pay $29,250 (GBP15,000) to get back the Best Album award for "Innervisions". It was put online by a California auction house on behalf of an independent seller.
No charges will be brought against the seller because the award was never reported as stolen. Wonder won the Best album award just months after coming out of a coma after a car accident
The legendary singer has won 22 Grammys in his career but he wanted to get this one back. A friend tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "This one is special."
