"Girls Gone Wild" creator and porn entrepreneur Joe Francis is facing prison time with his latest legal trouble. According to TMZ, the major D-Bag was indicted on federal tax evasion charges for deducting more than $20 million in false business expenses by showing fake receipts in his 2002 and 2003 corporate income tax returns.
He is charged with transferring millions of dollars from an offshore account to a U.S. brokerage account held in the name of Rothwell Limited, a Cayman Islands corporation which he controls.
Francis, who claims that in his experience Paris Hilton is better in bed than Lindsay Lohan, Kimberly Stewart and Tara Reid, was earlier arrested at by airport cops in Florida for contempt of court in another case where he was accused of covertly filming seven under-aged girls getting crunk while in sexually explicit situations.
