Halle BerryBerry has claimed the number one spot on Ebony magazine’s list of the 150 Most Influential Blacks In America.
Other stars to make the list include chat show host Tyra Banks, 'Grey's Anatomy' creator Shonda Rhimes and actor-director Tyler Perry.
Halle tells the magazine: "I feel really powerful at 40 because I've finally got it, I have finally realized that I'm complete all by myself. I don't need a man."
The Oscar-winner’s upcoming projects include 'Compositions In Black And White' with Alicia Keys and 'Mixed', a comedy about a mixed-race woman.
