Pop-rock songstress Avril Lavigne and her husband have bought a $9.5 million home in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Bel-Air, according to reports.
Avril and Sum 41 star Deryck Whibley will share the three-storey house which has eight bedrooms.
It also has an elevator, sauna and garage space for 10 cars.
Avril’s new album, The Best Damn Thing, drops next week.
