Lindsay Lohan’s dad has been released from a New York jail after over two years behind bars.
Michael was locked up after being charged with driving under the influence (DUI) following a Long Island car crash.
He says he now wants to "make amends for his past mistakes".
"Michael Lohan is a changed man. I've spoken to him often and I know it,” the producer of Michael’s reality show ‘Hollywood Dad’, Brett Hudson, says.
"The last time around, Michael would never admit he'd done anything wrong. Now, he not only admits his past mistakes, but he wants to right the wrongs he's done.
"And most of all he wants to get his family on track."
Michael started filming the reality series before going to jail and plans to start shooting again following his release.
