Johnny Depp’s new movie has been put on hold after the actor said he won’t work again until his young daughter recovers from her illness.
Depp was due to start filming the movie version of ‘Sweeney Todd’ at Pinewood Studios, England but has told movie bosses he won’t start shooting while seven-year-old Lily Rose is still ill - ‘the Sun’ newspaper reports.
"He does not want to come back until Lily-Rose gets the all-clear. The plan is to re-employ everybody when she is better," a source says.
Lily-Rose is currently in hospital recovering from an illness which has not been confirmed.
Depp’s publicist recently issued a statement saying Lily was getting better and thanked fans for their support.
