Britney Spears is back in rehab and has actually stayed longer than 24 hours. This prompted a visit from her estranged husband Kevin Federline who brought their two sons to see her.
Brit needs to stick with rehab and attending AAA meetings because their are reports that K-Fed is giving Britney an ultimatum: shape up or he will seek sole custody of the kids, Sean Preston, 18 months, and Jayden James, six months.
Perhaps she's serious this time after she showed up at his home in Tarzana, California last Wednesday night, and it front of 20 paparazzi, she went bat shit crazy and started attacking a photographer's car with an umbrella.
It was later that same night when her mom Lynne, who had flown in from Louisiana to look after her daughter and grandsons, drove Britney back to the rehab facility.
A source says, "Kevin is working closely with Lynne to let Britney know how serious it is that she gets help."
Federline reportedly played a key role in persuading Spears to seek treatment in the first place and has regularly been spotted vitiating her at Promises.
