British supermodel Naomi Campbell has revealed she took cocaine for five years but has put her drug use firmly behind her.
Campbell says she felt “invincible” when she first took cocaine when she was 24, adding she felt like she “could conquer the world”.
But says: “It's all just a misconception because when you wake up the next day it's all gone and you feel awful."
Campbell has insists she never took cocaine while working on modelling jobs or travelled while in possession of it.
“I want to make it clear that I never took it while I worked, I never took it on a flight and I have never taken drugs across a border.”
She adds: “I've not taken drugs for ages. I've put all that behind me."
