Rap diva Foxy Brown could be jailed following her arrest at beauty shop in Florida last week as she never had permission from her probation officer to travel to the state.
The New York City Department of Probation seeks to have the star imprisoned for violating the terms of her probation.
Foxy was sentenced to three years probation and anger management classes last October for assaulting two nail salon employees in Manhattan in August 2004 during a dispute over payment.
"We are asking the court to violate her probation and incarcerate her," Jack Ryan, a spokesman for the New York City Department of Probation, told The New York Post.
Foxy is said to have thrown hair glue and spat on the owner of the Queen Beauty Supply Store after he told her to leave the store as it was closing, during the latest incident.
