Fall Out Boy have revealed they were star struck by Jay-Z while collaborating with the rapper on a track for their new album.
Hip hop star Jay-Z appears on 'Thriller', the opening track to their 'Infinity On High' album.
"He is one of the few people I still get starstruck by, but I guess I had to get past that,” Fall Out Boy’s bassist Pete Wentz says.
"It took a lot of convincing more than anything. Then we had to pin him down as he is a busy man. It's the perfect way to start an album and really sets the tone."
He also spoke about working with Babyface on the album, saying: "We learned a lot musically from him, though it took a while for us to bring him into our circle of trust.
"It's not an easy thing to do when you are so tight, so it was a learning experience."
