Based on criteria including "intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition", the site claimed to depict the definitive list of the world's most attractive women.
Describing her as having "all the talent and beauty in the world", as well as a "big heart", AskMen said she was the "perfect woman".
Joining Beyonce in the top ten are actresses Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba, as well as supermodel Adriana Lima.
Actress Jessica Biel completed the top five, with readers of the site also identifying the singer Shakira and actress Angelina Jolie as the ideal girlfriend.
Readers were asked to vote from a 'shortlist' of 100 candidates, with more than 8.5 million votes cast.
