Hip Hop mogul Diddy is under investigation by police for allegedly attaching a man whose fiancée he was hitting on on Oscars night in Los Angeles last Sunday.
Diddy allegedly punched estate agent Gerard Rechnitzer in the jaw after he objected to his attempts to chat up his fiancée, TMZ reports.
To incident happened after Rechnitzer returned from a toilet to find Diddy and five other men surrounding his fiancée.
Rechnitzer says he watched Diddy flirt with his fiancée for around five minutes before intervening and asking her to leave with him.
Diddy then asked the woman to come to his party before Rechnitzer again asked her to leave with him which promoted Diddy to punch him.
Rechnitzer called police and filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department.
Diddy’s spokesperson has declined to comment on the alleged attack.
