Christina Aguilera has revealed she has wanted to become an actress for years. She is quoted by Access Hollywood as saying: "I've been reading scripts for a number of years now. I really am interested in acting as its own art form. While I'm on tour for 'Back To Basics' I will be reading scripts."
While Christina is keen to make it in Hollywood, she wants to find the perfect role before agreeing to make her movie debut. "I'm waiting for the right thing to come along. It's important it's the right role."
Christina, who co-directed the video for her new single 'Candy Man', loves to be in front of a camera. In her video, she appears as a blonde, brunette and redhead in the promo, with dancers dressed as servicemen. Christina said: "There were a lot of servicemen involved, it is like a throwback to World War II era America. I'm jitterbugging too. It was so fun."
Meanwhile, Christina - who recently revealed that she and her husband enjoy cooking in the nude - has slammed her old rival Britney Spears, as well as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, for flashing their va-jay-jays. "I say keep your legs closed. There's a proper way to make sure privates are kept private. That's just my personal take on exiting a limo."
