Troubled pop star Britney Spears has reportedly left a rehabilitation facility in Malibu less than 24 hours after checking in - the second time in a week she's done that. Either she doesn't like what she's hearing from the counselors there, or she's very worried now that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing yesterday and is scheduled to appear in court today with his attorney to discuss his custody dispute with his estranged wife.
K-Fed seems determined to take advantage of Britney's recent behavior problems and get total custody of their two kids. And it just might work this time.
Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said: "Our best information is he will be here, she won't. But anything is possible."
According to media reports, Britney went directly from the rehab center yesterday to a tattoo parlor but the shop was closed. She had two 'tats put on her last week, after she shaved her head.
As to why Brit left treatment, a source said of the Malibu Promises Center: "It's tough in there, and obviously Britney just couldn't handle it."
Handle what? Reports are that Britney's treatment program would have included hiking, art classes, yoga and horse riding. She would also have to answer 10 questions to convince the medical staff she was serious about getting help.
