Bad boy Bobby Brown has been arrested under warrant in Massachusetts for failing to attend a child support hearing last October.
The singer was approached by police on Sunday night outside Attleboro High School, where he was in town to watch his daughter at a cheerleading competition.
Brown was due to appear at the Norfolk Probate and Family Court on Monday afternoon, Adam Loomis of All State Constables in Weymouth said.
"He was supposed to show up and prove everything was up-to-date," Loomis said.
Brown is currently in the middle of a divorce from R&B diva Whitney Houston after 14 years of marriage.
