Lindsay Lohan checked into rehab earlier this month but instead of working on her abuse problems, she's treating the facility like a hotel - and leaves whenever she wants. Her attitude has upset other residents of L.A.'s Wonderland Center who feel that taking the day to go work on a movie is one thing - but last week Hohan took a break from rehab to go shopping and get her Mercedes serviced.
Tmz.com reports that the other residents claim the actress is getting special treatment. They also sat Lohan has a masseur, hairstylist and makeup artist, who drop by regularly to visit her.
Hohan's mouthpiece, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, insists Lohan is taking rehab seriously, and the criticism is unwarranted. "Lindsay is 100 percent not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time."
"All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out... they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that."
