Party animal Lindsay Lohan has checked herself into a posh rehab center in LA. In a statement released yesterday through her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, the Firecrotch announced, "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."
Us Weekly reports that Lohan entered the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon, arriving in a sports utility vehicle and clutching a Jamba Juice.
Mouthpiece Zelnick confirmed to The Associated Press in December that Lohan was attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
The 20-year-old actress who was spotted at Prince's Golden Globes Awards post-show bash in Beverly Hills on Monday night, had a mysteriously quick recovery from what was reported as an emergency appendix operation just two weeks ago.
